What’s the difference between multiple district and district grants?
Multiple district grant
This grant supports the Vice District Governor (VDG) Multiple/Single District Workshop, which is designed to build leadership skills to help vice district governors excel in their roles and lead successful districts.

- Eligible expenses reimbursed up to US$175 per district.
- All multiple districts and single districts will receive the grant.

District grant
This grant supports the Zone Chairperson Workshop, which is designed to build leadership skills and help zone chairpersons excel in supporting healthy, growing clubs.
- Supports the training of zone chairpersons
- Eligible expenses reimbursed in an amount up to US$500
- All districts are eligible to apply; however, funding is limited and will be awarded in the order that completed applications are received.

Report and Verify
Prior to the training, download the Training Attendance and Consent Form and Training Final Summary as part of the requirements to confirm the training. These supporting documents must be submitted along with the reimbursement form and receipts to verify the training.

In addition, having this information allows you to easily report the completed training in Learn, located within the Lion Portal, ensuring accurate tracking of participant and faculty learning records.
Reimbursement
Approved reimbursements will be made payable to the applicable multiple district or district. Reimbursement claims and supporting documents must be submitted within 60 days of the training. Submit your reimbursement claim as soon as your training ends!
- US$175 per district for expenses associated with the VDG Workshop
- US$500* for expenses associated with zone chairperson workshop
