Program notes:

• Attire is business or business casual.
• General entry to the U.N. begins at 8:30 a.m. Please arrive at the Vienna International Center - Gate 1 (Main Entrance) and allow at least 45 minutes to make your way through security screening to the conference facilities. 
• Bring your government-issued photo ID along with your LDUN event badge for the UNOV security. The name on your government-issued ID must match the name in your LDUN event registration. The government-issued ID also must be the same one that was entered in the registration form. 
• The program provides for a lunch break. Food and drinks can be purchased at the Vienna International Center cafeteria. A voucher of €15,00 for the cafeteria is available for attendees.
• Presentations will be in English only.

Hotel information

The Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof is the headquarters hotel for LDUN. A special hotel rate starting at €249,00 is being offered to Lions through Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Discounted rooms are limited and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.

Additional information

 Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation and refunds for LDUN Vienna must be requested before April 15, 2026. No exceptions will be made after this date.
• Sleeping rooms at the Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof must be cancelled with the hotel by April 7, 2026 to receive a refund. No exceptions will be made after this date.
• All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. No exceptions will be made.
• LDUN registration cannot be transferred to another Lion, Leo, guest, child, or a future convention or future LDUN event.
• A cancellation fee of US$10 will be withheld from each approved refund for LDUN registration.
   

Visa invitation letters

A visa letter of invitation to LDUN should not be required. However, if it is requested, you will be able to download one from the confirmation email sent after completing your LDUN registration.
