In 1957, Lions launch the Leo Club program, offering an opportunity for high school students and young adults to serve their communities.

Since 1961, Lions have sponsored exchange programs to help youth experience and understand cultures different from their own.

In Nairobi, Lions work with a local school to provide basic health exams, water, and help promote healthy living habits.
