A highly-visible, family-friendly community event that promotes diabetes awareness and the importance of healthy living through educational materials and group participation in physical activity.

A community gathering that provides education and encouragement for children and families affected by diabetes, giving them a special day of support and family fun.

Type 2 Diabetes Screening

A one-day community event that provides Type 2 diabetes education and screening services for adults.

A family event that promotes exercise, recreation, and peer-to-peer networking for youth and families affected by blindness and/or visual impairment.

Vision Screening for Children

A vision screening event for children in local primary, middle or secondary schools that identifies those who may have vision problems requiring comprehensive follow-up by eye care professionals.

Vision Support Group

An ongoing monthly support group for adults who are living with blindness and/or visual impairment that fosters personal growth, self-determination, peer-to-peer engagement, emotional support, independence and mobility.

An event for elementary and primary school children that pairs a nutritious meal with educational activity.
