Lions Day on Capitol Hill (“Hill Day”) is an annual event held in Washington D.C., allowing Lions leaders to engage with Congressional representatives.  Meetings are held with Congressional representatives, staffers and various partners whereby Lions leaders promote the profile of Lions Clubs International while drawing attention to the impact of Lions clubs in communities throughout the world.

The 2016 Hill Day will allow Lions leaders to meet with Congressional representatives, non-governmental organizations and foreign diplomats to discuss legislative and regulatory issues affecting nonprofit organizations and, also, promote volunteer service, youth programs, education and foreign assistance programs in impoverished communities throughout the world.
