The Lions International Youth Camp and Exchange program can be life-changing for young participants across the globe. By experiencing new cultures, today’s youth can develop a new way of seeing the world, in addition to invaluable skills that will help them grow as learners and leaders.
The program includes two types of youth exchanges:
- A Youth Exchange allows participants ages 15 to 21 to stay with one or more host families in another country where there are Lions clubs, experiencing life as part of their host family.
- A Youth Camp brings young people ages 16 to 22 together from around the world, and usually includes a family stay for one to four weeks. Each year, more than 100 Lions Youth Camps are held in about 39 countries.
