By nature, we “boomers” are optimistic and have a strong desire to bring about change for a better tomorrow. Each new day provides us with a new chance to serve…like never before. Our mission is to create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international cooperation.

Lions members – men and women – provide immediate and sustained relief in time of disaster. We improve the quality of life in our local communities and countries worldwide by building parks and hospitals, tackling tough problems like blindness, drug abuse prevention and diabetes awareness and addressing environmental needs. For nearly 90 years, whenever there is a need locally or around the world, Lions members are there to help.
