Descripción/ Resultados:
Selecting four locations that were easily accessible and wi-fi equipped, we constructed a team-teaching approach by officer position that blended LCI materials with district records. This added local content and emphasis, as well as mentorship from PDGs, cabinet members and members of the transition team. This additional important communication helped recruit other club members as Zone Chairs and project leaders. Also, the team effort allowed us to recover from mistakes, fumbles, or when others were not available due to business or family conflicts. We plan to build on this experience next year.
