I can't get the video to start.
The video should start to play automatically. You can use the controls under the video screen to pause or stop the video. You can also adjust the volume using the volume control slider under the video screen. If the video doesn't play automatically, you may need to download and install the Macromedia Flash Player (see information below).

The video is playing but I have no sound.
Make sure that you have a sound card on your computer and that the volume control in Windows is not turned down all the way or on mute.

How do I adjust the sound?
If the volume is low, you can bring up the volume by sliding the volume control in Windows or by adjusting the volume control slider under the video screen.

Can I download the video?
No, but you can order a video. Select the "Order Now" button on screen next to the program you are interested in for more information on how to order.

I want to back up the video or watch a particular segment again.
To start the video again, you can simply click on the stop button followed immediately by the play button under the video screen. You can also grab the scrolling status bar indicator under the video screen and drag the video backward or forward.

How can I make the program full screen?
The videos play in a fixed sized window and you cannot make them full screen. The videos are available in different formats depending on how you connect to the Internet (ie. Cable; DSL; Dial-up Modem). Select the link that most closely matches your connection speed.

Do I need special software to view the videos?

I just received a pop-up window notifying me that a new version of Flash Player is available, what does this mean?
Periodically, Macromedia will update the Macromedia Flash Player with new features or fixes to minor problems. The Automatic Notification and Update feature allows Macromedia to automatically notify you when an updated version of the Macromedia Flash Player is available so that you can install it right away.
