branch and should be mailed directly to the Association's
Lockbox:

When sending a check to the address shown above, please allow a
sufficient amount of time for the check to be received and
processed to your account. Please write the complete
club name and club number on the front of your
check. It is also recommended that the statement top
or a copy of the invoice be included with your payment. If we
cannot identify a payment, there will be a delay in posting the
payment to the correct account. Checks will be credited to the
appropriate club account(s) the same day that the check reaches the
Lockbox. Sending your check to Oak Brook will only delay your
payment reaching the bank.

If funds are wired, either the statement top or other
identification which clearly indicates the club's complete
name and club number should be sent to the association's
address shown on the statement top with a notation of the date and
amount wired. The bank does not always supply the full club name
and club numbers on the wire transfers that are sent to us.
That is why it is important for us to have the date and the amount
wired in our possession
