Veranstaltung/Projekt: Mentoring
Name der Veranstaltung/des Projekts: Regional Lions Leadership Institute
Distrikt: MD 324 D
Ziele der Veranstltung/des Projekts:
We at MD 324 D under the leadership of GLT organized regional lions leadership institute at Goa, attended by 90 participants from various sub districts of MD 324 D, my session on mentoring started with a powerful motivational video of Olympic gold medalist half the way through his race went down with seething pain, then from nowhere his mentor appears and they together limp through the finish lane, cheered by the crowd for their determination.
This never give up video created a perfect platform for a great session on mentoring. Lions across the districts were motivated to take up mentoring in a big way, they all promised to go back to their districts and start mentoring programs.
Session progressed with a focused session on qualities of a mentor & mentee, LCI pdf on basic & advanced mentoring is very handy, I have made an interesting PowerPoint presentation on mentoring.

Thanks to LCI sponsored RLLI, we could reach out to grass root lions and motivate them.

DR.P.R.S.CHETAN, MULTIPLE DISTRICT SECRETARY AND IPDG.
