Youth Camp and Exchange Program Application

Organized by Lions around the world, the Lions International Youth Camp and Exchange Program provides young people (ages 16 to 22) with an opportunity to meet and share cultural viewpoints. The Youth Camp and Exchange participant application is available in two formats: PDF and electronic. You can download a PDF application to print, complete and send via traditional mail. Or, you may complete your exchange program application electronically using the Excel file below, and submit via e-mail to the appropriate chairperson or host Lions club.

Please note: if you use the electronic application, upon acceptance into a camp or exchange you must also provide a printed copy with signatures and an indemnity statement.
