Applications

The Youth Camp and Exchange participant application is available in two formats: PDF and electronic. You can download a PDF application to print, complete and send via traditional mail. Or, you may complete your application electronically using the Excel file below, and submit via e-mail to the appropriate chairperson or host Lions club.

• European electronic application for Lions Camp and Exchange (if required by host club) (XLS file)

Please note: if you use the electronic application, upon acceptance into a camp or exchange you must also provide a printed copy with signatures and an indemnity statement.
