10:00-13:00, Opening Plenary Session – Address by International President, Flag Ceremony, International Parade results.
10:00-12:30, Second Plenary Session – Memorial Service, Keynote Address, Nominations for Second Vice President and International Directors.
10:00-13:30, Final Plenary Session – Election Results, Installation of 2012-2013 International President, U.N. Flag Ceremony, Lions Humanitarian Award presentation, Installation of 2012-2013 District Governors.
