The District Governors-Elect Seminar will be held from June 19-22, 2012. Please read all of the DGE material carefully and submit the necessary forms to LCI on or before the deadline date so we can proceed with arrangements for your travel to Busan:

• Logistics Packet – Letter of information about your DGE Seminar and International Convention material.

• 2012 DGE Seminar Schedule – Preliminary schedule for making your plans.

• 2012 DGE Seminar & International Convention Registration & Travel Form – All DGEs must complete and return both pages to LCI by January 16, 2012.

• Procedures for Booking Airfare - USA & Canada – Information about your flight and how your reservation is handled by CWT.

• Procedures for Booking Airfare through CWT – Instructions and list of countries outside of USA & Canada required to book through CWT.

• Procedures for Booking Airfare with Local Authorized Travel Agency – List of other countries authorized to book with a local travel agent and rules for reimbursement.

• DGE Adult Companion Travel Expense Claim – Reimbursement form and required documents.

• District Governor Travel Expense Claim – Submit for authorized reimbursable convention expenses only.

• 2012 DGE Seminar and Convention Hotel Assignments – List of DGE hotels in Busan.

• DGE Invitation Letter Request – Form for passport holders that need a visa to visit South Korea.
