Lions-Measles Initiative Receives US$400,000 Grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
Lions and LCIF are joining a worldwide effort spearheaded by the Measles Initiative to protect children from measles, a leading cause of childhood blindness. This Lions-Measles Initiative pilot program is being funded in part by a US$400,000 grant to LCIF from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. LCIF is providing an additional US$300,000 to support the project. Read blog.
