Are you a part of a team, or the leader of a team? Is your team successful? Understanding how a leader can increase motivation of your Lions team is a key to achieving your team’s goals. Each individual team member has his or her own personal motivators, but the team—particularly its leader—needs to understand what influences and motivates the team as a whole. Take the Team Motivation course in the Lions Learning Center to learn about the 50/50 rule and see a Lions project team in action using five motivational strategies that can increase your results by up to 37 percent.
