To download and view a document, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above. If prompted to save the file or pick an application, choose Acrobat Reader as the program to open the file. Please note that publications will save as a PDF file, and may take time to download depending on the speed of your modem.

After you download the installer you should place the Acrobat folder in a safe place for future use. Then, open the Acrobat folder and read all the instructions for using the Reader and browser plug-ins.
If you use a Netscape browser, you should move the plug-in to your Netscape browser plug-ins folder. With the browser plug-in in place, you will be able to view pdf files right from your browser window.
