In order to download and view a PDF document, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above. If prompted to save the file or pick an application, choose Acrobat Reader as the program to open the file. Please note that all downloaded documents will save as a PDF file, and may take time to download depending on your connection speed and the size of the file.
