PORTUGAL – IMPORTANT UPDATE WITH BANK NAME CHANGE, MAILING ADDRESS, IBAN NUMBER, AND  PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

All amounts shown on your monthly statement are in U.S. currency.  Payment in Euros covering amounts due on your statement may be made using the exchange rate on the upper portion of this statement and then deposited into Account Number 1416553 IBAN: PT50 0033 0000 0000 1416 5531 6 of the International Association of Lions Clubs with the banco Millennium bcp, Rua do Ouro, 120 Lisboa, Portugal.

IMPORTANT: Once payment is made, we ask that a duplicate deposit slip, showing your club’s complete name as it appears on your monthly statement of account and club number be forwarded to the International Office in Oak Brook immediately to ensure prompt and proper crediting of your payment.  The bank does not always provide us with the club name and club number and if we do not receive a copy of your payment, it will delay your payment getting processed to your account.

Your payment will be converted and credited at the Lionistic exchange rate in effect the date of deposit.  For this reason, it is important that payment of this statement be made promptly.

**New credit card payment option**
Club Treasurers with a valid WMMR User ID and password can now pay by credit card via WMMR on the Lions Clubs International website.  After logging onto WMMR, choose Club, Statement and Pay Now.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted.
