currency. Payment in Israel New Shekels covering amounts due
on your account may be made at the exchange per US dollar printed
on the upper portion of this statement and deposited into
Account Number 4038594 of the International
Association of Lions Clubs bank account with the
Mercantile-Discount Bank Ltd., 23 Ben Yehuda Street, Tel
Aviv 63806, Israel. Once payment is made, we ask
that a duplicate deposit slip showing your club's full name and
club number be sent to the Accounts Receivable Department at the
International Office in Oak Brook immediately to ensure prompt and
proper crediting of your club's payment.

**New credit card payment option**
Club Treasurers with a valid WMMR User ID and password can now pay by credit card via WMMR on the Lions Clubs International website. After logging onto WMMR, choose Club, Statement and Pay Now. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted.
