Once payment is made, we ask that a duplicate deposit slip, showing your club’s full name as it appears on your monthly statement of account and club number be forwarded to the attention of the Accounts Receivable and Club Account Services Department at the International Office immediately to ensure prompt and proper processing of your payment.  Your payment will be converted and credited at the Lionistic exchange rate in effect the date of deposit.  For this reason, it is important that payment of this statement be made promptly.
