IMPORTANT NOTICE – NEW BANK INFORMATION
 

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY – CLUB PAYMENTS INTENDED FOR THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LIONS CLUBS IN OAK BROOK SHOULD NO LONGER BE SENT TO THE AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, LTD. IN DHAKA AND CHITTAGONG.  PLEASE REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW WHICH WILL OUTLINE HOW YOU SHOULD PROCEED WHEN MAKING A PAYMENT TO LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL.

PAYMENT IN TAKAS COVERING AMOUNTS DUE ON YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE MADE AT THE EXCHANGE RATE PER US DOLLAR PRINTED ON YOUR STATEMENT AND DEPOSITED INTO EITHER OUR NEW  DHAKA OR CHITTAGONG BANK ACCOUNT AS FOLLOWS:

WHEN MAKING A PAYMENT FOR YOUR CLUB AT THE STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO THE BANK.

• Your complete club name as it appears on your monthly statement of account
• Your club number
• Bank Account Number

LCIF DONATIONS:  If the payment or part of the payment you are sending is for an LCIF Donation, please write the amount designated for LCIF.  Please indicate what the donation is intended for (eg, MJF, Campaign Sight First II, Tsunami Relief, Hurricane Katrina, etc). 

If this information is not provided, we may not be able to credit your payment.  It is our sincere desire to ensure that all payments made by the clubs in Bangladesh are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

To ensure that your payment will be credited to your account, please send, via fax, a copy of your deposit slip to the attention of the Accounts Receivable and Club Account Services Department, the Direct Fax Number is 1-630-571-1683 or you may send an electronic copy of the Deposit Slip to the Accounts Receivable e-mail address which is: accountsreceivable@lionsclubs.org

NOTE:  Your payment will be converted and credited at the Lionistic exchange rate in effect the date of deposit.  For this
     reason, it is important that payment of this statement be made promptly.

**New credit card payment option**
Club Treasurers with a valid WMMR User ID and password can now pay by credit card via WMMR on the Lions Clubs International website.  After logging onto WMMR, choose Club, Statement and Pay Now.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted.
