Payment Instructions - Argentina

ARGENTINA PAYMENTS

Our bank account with Citibank has been closed.  We are in the process of opening a new bank account in Argentina, however, until further notice, please use the following payment procedure for making your payments:

• The clubs should send their payments directly to their district’s cabinet treasurer.
• The clubs should indicate any payments that are intended for LCIF, charter    fees, and entrance fees
• The Cabinet Treasurer will then send the club’s payments, via wire transfers to be deposited in our US$ Bank Account in the United States.
• Payments should be sent to the District Treasurer allowing them enough time to do the wire transfer by the 20th of the month.  This will ensure that payments are credited to the club’s account before month end.
• When sending your payment to your District Cabinet Treasurer, please be sure that your payment includes your club’s full name as it appears on your monthly statement of account, club number, and amount being paid by your club.

**New credit card payment option**
Club Treasurers with a valid WMMR User ID and password can now pay by credit card via WMMR on the Lions Clubs International website.  After logging onto WMMR, choose Club, Statement and Pay Now.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted.
