Booking your hotel through LCI helps us keep convention fees low. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Hotel reservations for Alpha Leos, ages 12-17, should be made by an adult guardian attending convention. All hotel reservations require at least one adult registration fee. Adult guardians can register for convention online or fill out the Lions Convention Registration and Hotel Reservation Form. Although Alpha Leos cannot reserve hotel rooms, convention registration is required to attend official convention events, including the Leo Lion Summit. To make a reservation, please submit your completed Omega Convention Registration and Hotel Reservation Form with the hotel deposit and convention registration fees. Omega Leos can also register for convention, reserve hotel rooms and request tickets for the Leo Lion Summit by using online registration.

For travel to Canada either a passport and/or visa may be required, depending on the traveler’s country of citizenship and length of stay. Passports, if required, must be signed and contain sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps. Passport expiration dates must be greater than six months beyond your stay. Please check with your local consulate for visa requirements.
If you are traveling to Canada for the 2014 International Convention (tourism), the need for a visa depends on your nationality.
If you require a visa to enter Canada and need a letter of invitation, please download and complete the Letter of Invitation Request Form and send to the Convention Division.
