Lions Recycle For Sight Resources

The Lions Recycle For Sight Information Kit (KITRFS) contains everything needed to begin and maintain a successful eyeglass collection campaign in your community. The kit is helpful for novice clubs as well as for clubs that have collected for many years. Purchase the Kit from the Health and Children's Services Department, via the Recycle for Sight Materials Order Form. The kit contains a sample of each of the following resources:

• Lions Recycle For Sight Certificate of Appreciation (IAD-405) is a full color, prestigious certificate to recognize Lions, community residents, schools or organizations for their outstanding collection efforts in the community.
  
  
• Complete and submit the club collection location form so that LCI may post your club's eyeglass collection locations in "Find a Club" section on the LCI Web site.

• Lions Recycle for Sight Lapel Pin (IAD-401P) recognizes Lions and others for outstanding support and contribution to the
  program.
