Lions Recycle For Sight Resources

The Lions Recycle For Sight Information Kit (KITRFS). Begin or maintain a successful eyeglass collection campaign in your community. Use the Recycle for Sight Materials Order Form. to purchase from the Health and Children's Services Department. The kit contains the following resources:

• Club Guide for Collecting Used Eyeglasses (IAD-401)

• Recycle for Sight Poster (IAD-402)

• Recycle for Sight Brochure (IAD-403)

• Large and Small Collection Box Decal (IAD 410-A and IAD 410-B)
  
  
• Window Clings (two styles: IAD 410-C and IAD 410-D)
  
  
• Lions Recycle For Sight Collection Site Agreement (IAD-406)

• Lions Recycle For Sight Sample Press Release (IAD-411)

• Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centers List (IAD-408)

• Lions Recycle For Sight Certificate of Appreciation (IAD-405)
  
  
• Club collection location form (IAD-404) so that LCI may post your club's eyeglass collection locations in "Find a Club" section on the LCI Web site.

You may download or order materials in quantity for a nominal cost.

• All orders must be approved by a club, district or multiple district officer, as specified on the order form. 
• Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
