Award Information
Awards are available for honoring chairpersons and clubs involved with sight projects during each fiscal year.

- Multiple District Sight Preservation, Awareness and Action Chairperson Award is mailed to each council chairperson. At the end of the fiscal year, it is presented to the multiple district chairperson who has met the criteria and demonstrated outstanding leadership and support in furthering the sight projects in the multiple district.
- District Sight Preservation, Awareness and Action Chairperson Award is mailed to each district governor. At the end of the fiscal year, it is presented to the district chairperson who has met the criteria and demonstrated outstanding leadership and support in furthering the sight projects in the district.
- Club Excellent in Effort Award in Sight Preservation, Awareness and Action is mailed to each district governor. At the end of the year, it is presented to the club in the district that completes the most outstanding work in the area of sight preservation, awareness and action within the community.
