Family and Friends Month
Family and Friends Month in April
Family and Friends Month is your opportunity to invite family and friends to learn, serve and celebrate with your club. Organize a service project, host an open house or even a picnic—you decide how to introduce your family and friends to the club you love!
Here are some great ways to make the most of your Family and Friends Month:
- Go Green in Your Community. Plant a tree, recycle, or clean up a park for the Protecting Our Environment campaign so everyone can feel the satisfaction of making a difference.
- Share the Gift of Literacy. Organize a fundraiser or a service project that promotes the power of reading. Learn more about the LCI Reading Action Program and find literacy project ideas and resources for your club.
- Have a Picnic or Barbecue. Celebrate with family and friends after your service project.
- Host an Open House. Invite family and friends to learn more about your club and what it means to the community.
