Lions Green Team

The Lions Green Teams program supports and promotes Lions Clubs in carrying out environmental service projects. Lions Green Teams are ready to help save the planet by:

• Cleaning the environment
  

• Planting trees

• Recycling

• Educating others

Lions made a commitment to the environment in the same year (1972) that the United Nations General Assembly created the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
