Mentoring Program

The Lions Mentoring Program is based on the importance of creating bonds between new club members (protégés) and experienced Lions (mentors).

There are four levels of development in the Lions Mentoring Program. Each level is designed to assist mentors in coaching new Lions. Upon completion of each level, both the mentor and protégés are eligible to receive a lapel pin and certificate to mark their accomplishments. Club secretaries submit the Lions Mentoring Achievement Form, available in each of the following program planners:

If you are an experienced Lion with multiple years of service and leadership positions in your past, then you have what it takes to be a mentor. If you are a new Lion or would like to grow as a Lion, then you have what it takes to be protégé.

Consider participating in the Mentoring Program today! Read the Mentoring Guide for an overview of this important program.
