The Global Membership Team (pdf), made up of 43 experienced Lions (pdf), represents and supports membership growth efforts in all constitutional areas.

The Global Membership Team area leader works directly with district governors and MERL teams to:

• improve communication 
• recommend growth and promotion strategies
• coordinate workshops and training seminars
• evaluate and troubleshoot unique challenges
