The Global Membership Team actively supports membership growth efforts in all constitutional areas.

The GMT Executive Council, together with the GMT Area Leaders, joins efforts with district governor teams (district governor, first vice district governor and second vice district governor) and MERL teams to:

• Improve Communication 
• Recommend growth and promotion strategies
• Coordinate workshops and training seminars
• Evaluate and troubleshoot unique challenges
