As a Lions family unit you can:
The Family Membership Program applies to family members who are (1) eligible for Lions membership, (2) currently in or joining the same club, and (3) living in the same household and related by birth, marriage or other legal relationship. Common household family members include parents, children, spouses, aunts and uncles, cousins, grandparents, in-laws and legal dependents.
To be part of the Family Membership Program, your club secretary must complete the Family Unit Certification Form or file online.
LCI awards clubs adding 10 or more new family members at the time of charter with the Family Membership Banner Patch.

The new Cub Program helps support family-friendly clubs. Formulated special to encourage families to volunteer together, children under age 12 have the opportunity to build a lifelong dedication to helping others.
Cubs are divided into the following age groups:
The Lions Family Cub Program Activity Guide and Family Cub Program Activities are filled with age-appropriate activities. Clubs may also wish to order distinguishing Cub patches by age level to help Cubs feel like part of the club and get them excited to participate.
