Winners Circle Award

International President Wayne Madden is recognizing district governors for their efforts in advancing membership.

The Winners Circle Gold Certificate will be awarded to district governors in a district that has achieved positive net growth this year, and are ahead of last year.

The Winners Circle Silver Certificate will be awarded to district governors in a district that has positive net growth this year, but behind last year's numbers.

The Winners Circle Bronze Certificate will be awarded to district governors in a district that has negative net growth this year, but is ahead compared to last year.

Note: District governors will be notified of their achievement by email in April.
