The revised participant application (formerly “youth exchange visitor application”) is available in two formats, Excel and as a PDF. The PDF can be used as in the past. The Excel version allows the form to be filled out electronically and e-mailed to youth camps and exchange chairpersons, host Lions clubs, etc.

Note: The electronic participant application (Excel version) will require that, if the applicant is accepted, a hard copy of the form with signatures, indemnity statement etc. should be mailed by normal mail.
