Lions multiple districts (or single districts not part of a multiple district) can apply for a grant (one of two grants available per constitutional area) of up to US$2,000 to help fund a regional Leo conference.

The objectives of a regional conference are to motivate Leos, provide Leos with an opportunity to gain skills and to encourage Leo membership and club growth. Lions and Leos are encouraged to work together to organize and implement the conference.

The Regional Leo Conference Grant Program will continue through June 30, 2009. The deadline for receipt of grant applications at Lions International Headquarters is September 1 of the fiscal year in which the conference is scheduled to occur.
