Top Ten Youth Exchange Chairperson Award
Every year, the International Board of Directors selects and awards recognition pins and certificates to the associations' Top Ten Youth Exchange Chairpersons.

During the March-April board meeting, members of the Service Activities Committee select the recipients of the Top Ten Youth Exchange Chairperson Award.

Consideration for this award includes:

  • Promotion of international understanding and goodwill through youth exchange,
  • The number of hosting applications received,
  • The number of youth hosted,
  • The number of sponsoring applications received,
  • The number of youth sponsored,
  • The ages and genders of the exchangees,
  • The countries involved,
  • Participation in international youth camps,
  • Cooperation with other youth exchange organizations.

All club, district and multiple district youth exchange chairpersons are eligible to apply for this award. District governors or council chairpersons must submit their nominations for this award to the Youth Programs Department at international headquarters by November 15.
