All amounts shown on your monthly statement are in U.S. Currency. Payment in Fiji Dollars covering amounts due on your account may be made at the exchange rate per US dollar printed on the upper portion of this statement and deposited into Account No. 510332.00 of the International Association of Lions Clubs in the Westpac Banking Corporation, 1 Thompson Street, G.P.O. 238, Suva, Fiji Islands.  To insure prompt crediting of your account, we ask that a duplicate deposit slip showing your club's complete name and club number be forwarded to the International Office in Oak Brook immediately after payment is made.  Your payment will be converted at the Lions exchange rate in effect the date of deposit.  For this reason, it is important that payment of this statement be made promptly.
