Congratulations on the formation of your new club. • Transfer Member Form (ME20)-this form is essential when a member is transferring from his/her current club to another club.
• Charter Member Report Form (CMRF)-this form can be used for revising the charter member list during the clubs first three months.
• Monthly Membership Report (C23A)-reporting new or dropped members to Lions Clubs International after the club has been chartered for three or more months.
• WMMR Web Site-allows you to maintain your membership database. (You will receive a login ID and password in 90 days or more after your new club has been approved via the postal service. Any questions regarding your password, please contact Information Technology at wmmr@lionsclubs.org).
• Club Roster-to obtain a copy of your new club roster, contact the New Clubs and Marketing Department by phone at 630-571-5466, ext. 602, or by e-mail at newclubs@lionsclubs.org.

Charter Night Planning Guide (TK26)-charter night is a special ceremony celebrating the beginning of a new Lions club. This event also gives clubs from the surrounding area the opportunity to show their support for the new club.

Guiding Lions and Certified Guiding Lions-Lions who are committed to guiding and supporting a new club through its first two years. A course is available for Lions who are interested in serving in this key position.

Other Useful Information

Making It Happen (TK10)-This handy publication will guide you through the necessary steps to identify a meaningful community service project for your club. If your club would like to attract other community-minded members or re-energize existing members, these guidelines will help!

Community Needs Assessment (MK9)-This valuable resource will guide you through the necessary steps to better serve your community and help you to focus on projects and programs that are important to the people in your area.

International Activities-LCI offers a wide range of international programs for club participation. Download the Adopted Service Programs of Lions Clubs International.

Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF)-working with Lions, LCIF provides support for preventing blindness. It provides food and clothing to victims of natural disasters. It also gives youth the tools to succeed through Lions Quest, empowers the disabled through vocational training, and promotes health by equipping clinics and hospitals.
