Catania Riviera Dello Ionio New Century Lions Club

The Catania Riviera Dello Ionio New Century Lions Club is the first of its kind to Europe.  Made up of 35 members, these New Centry Lions created a club of young people to give new energy to the Lionistic movement. This club carries out various social initiatives including helping the children of Pio IX Institute. They also held a music contest in honor of Paolo Randazzo, a dear friend of the club whose objective is to aid young talented musicians.

Members of the Arusha New Century Lions Club planted 3,333 trees in an environmental activity on the slopes of Mount Meru Forestry.

As their first outside activity, the Arusha New Century Lions Club undertook a project to rehabilitate the premature babies ward at Mount Meru Referral Hospital. They have received the award for "best club" in District 411B.

Members coordinated a fundraiser and presented a $1,000 check to the local hospital for the purchase of a Magnetic Resonance Imaging machine.

Past Club President Serhan Sencayir of the Bursa Karagoz New Century Lions Club received the "Club of the Year in Europe" award from Past International President Judge Brian Stevenson of Canada and Lion Jacqui Nathan of England at the 2005 International Academy Awards in Hong Kong. The club has completed several projects on public health and education, supports their local Leos and actively promotes the New Century Lions program in its area.

Members of the San Francisco Bay Area New Century Lions Club organized a successful Halloween Masquerade. All proceeds were donated to several charities in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The club members participate in many service projects with their district and multiple district. Many are former Leos, and they provide much support to their local Leo clubs. A bowling fundraiser helped to raise funds for local charities.

East Anglia New Century Lions Club

Club members are former Leos, friends, young parents, professionals and co-workers. They are active in Multiple District 105 projects and other district activities. Some of their projects include providing aid to orphans in Romania and donating funds to aid stroke victims and Guide Dogs for the Blind program. They were PROUD to host the 2006 District 105EA convention March 17-19 in Capdock, Ipswich in the County of Suffolk, England.

London Phoenix New Century Lions Club

The London Phoenix New Century Lions Club celebrated their charter night in January 2004. Members support their local Leo clubs and lend their support to various activities and projects in Multiple District 105.

London Phoenix New Century Lions planned and participated in a "Monopoly Challenge" around the streets of London to raise funds for charities. The club also collaborates with the East Anglia New Century Lions Club on joint projects in Multiple District 105.

Club members are a compassionate group of friends whose primary activity is working with street children in Indonesia.  They were chosen by the United Nations Volunteers to join a campaign supported and initiated by the United Nations to help children of homeless urban families avoid becoming street children. They received the prestigious "Club of the Year" award in Constitutional Area VII at the 2005 International Academy Awards in Hong Kong.

Jakarta Kota Raya New Century Lions provided an “open free school” for street children in Indonesia. Two daily preschools have now been formed serving over 350 needy children.	A New Century Lion teaches several Indonesian street children in the "open free school."
