Retaining existing Lions is vital to the success of any club. Generally, members are retained because they are satisfied with some aspect of being involved, whether that be their participation or the validation they feel after a job well done.
Some questions to ask about member retention and satisfaction may include:
-
Does my club follow up with its members to see if they are satisfied?
-
Does my club develop new programs for members' participation?
-
Is my club valued in the local community? If not, why not?
