As of July 1, 2005, Lions Clubs International Board of Directors implemented the following procedures.The CD-ROM versions will be sold at cost plus postage and handling to Lions clubs and districts. To purchase CD-ROM HCTBs, authorized district or club officers must contact the Membership Programs Department.
