Extension chairpersons contribute to the success of their districts by leading extension efforts. The dedication, knowledge and leadership skills of extension chairpersons are essential to ensure the continued growth of Lions Clubs International.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the extension efforts of their district or multiple district for a three-year term.
  • Set goals, develop and implement an extension plan.
  • Communicate goals and execution procedures to extension-minded Lions.
  • Train extension-minded Lions and provide certified guiding Lion training.
