 Online registration is now open for the 92nd Lions Clubs International Convention in Minneapolis July 6 - 10, 2009
REGISTRATION/HOTEL RESERVATIONS
- The registration fee is your admission to the convention events including seminars, plenary sessions, parade and exhibit hall.
- Registrants will receive an official name badge and souvenir medallion, program with discount coupons for local tours and attractions and one ticket for the international show.
- All changes (name change, arrival/departure revision, etc.) must be submitted in writing by May 1, 2009.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by LCI no later than May 1, 2009 in order to receive a refund.
- A Processing fee of US$5.00 will be withheld from each approved refund for hotel deposit and/or each approved refund for registration.

HOTELS
- Thank you for booking your hotel through LCI. Guests at LCI's delegation hotels will have free shuttle transportation to all official convention events. Booking your hotel through LCI helps us keep convention fees low.
- Lions will be assigned to their delegation hotels on a first-come, first-served basis through December 31, 2008.
- After December 31, Lions can choose their delegation hotel or a hotel based on rate or location (subject to availability).
- In addition to at least one adult registration fee, a hotel deposit in the amount of US$150 per room is required to make a reservation. The deposit is not the daily rate but will guarantee the reservation. The deposit will be credited to the hotel at checkout.
- The deadline for group refunds of hotel deposits has changed according to board policy. The deadline for group refunds of hotel deposits is May 1, 2009.
- The deadline for individual refunds of hotel deposits is May 31, 2009. Failure to cancel by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your hotel deposit.
