LANGUAGE

English is widely understood and spoken in most tourist areas of Bangkok.  German, Swiss Italian,  Japanese, and Russian are also spoken in most hotels.  Bilingual Thai/English road signs are found on all road signs, Skytrain stations, and some local buses.
