DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE CERTIFICATION AND VOTING

Each club in good standing may send one delegate and one alternate for every 25 members or major fraction thereof.  Credential certificates and instructions will be sent to all club secretaries in February.  Please read the material carefully to avoid delays during the certification process in Bangkok. Certification hours will be Monday, June 23, through Thursday, June 26: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Voting will be held Friday, June 27, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the IMPACT Convention Center.
