- Unsold rooms at delegation hotels become available to other Lions.

- Parade applications mailed to all districts.
February 5, 2008
- Credential instructions mailed to all club secretaries.
March 1, 2008
- Deadline to reserve meeting space for a delegation sponsored event.
March 31, 2008
- Deadline for regular registration fees of US$115/US$20.
April 2, 2008
- Deadline to request a Letter of Invitation for immigration purposes.
May 1, 2008
- Deadline to process advance registrations. After this date, please register in Bangkok.
- Deadline to process hotel reservations. After this date, a list of available hotels will be sent.
- Registration and ticket fees are non-refundable after this date.
- Deadline to return completed and signed delegate forms.
May 15, 2008
- Convention name badges and tickets will be mailed.
- Hotel deposits are non-refundable after this date.
