The banquet will be held on Thursday, June 26 at the Shangri-La Hotel.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m.  Event time is 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Two complimentary tickets for each Past International President and Past International Director are provided.

Additional tickets may be purchased for US$85.
