A colorful display of sight and sound moves through the streets during the Lions International Parade, featuring bands and an estimated 10,000 Lions – many in native dress – from 100 countries. 
Members receive recognition for growth with key awards for inviting two or more new members to join them in service this past year.
This evening’s International Show features a variety of entertainment including Canadian Brass, Quick Change, Bella Rumore, Cobu, Ishaara and Karen Taylor-Good.
Lions learn the basics of social networking through seminars focusing on Facebook and Twitter.
Lions learn disaster preparedness and how they can help with disaster relief at the ALERT seminar.
