KALLE ELSTER
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR
Kalle Elster, from Tallinn, Estonia, was elected to serve a two-year term as a director of The International Association of Lions Clubs at the association’s 95th International Convention, held in Busan, Korea, June 22 through 26, 2012.
Director Elster is a manager.
A member of the Keila Lions Club since 1994, he has held many offices within the association, including club president, district governor and zone chairperson. He is a Melvin Jones fellow.
In recognition of his service to the association, he has received numerous awards including Lion of the Year, two International President’s Awards and zone, region and district chairperson awards.
In addition to his Lions activities, Director Elster is active in numerous professional and community organizations, and is the recipient of the IRU Award for TOP Road Transport Manager.
Director Elster and his spouse, Mai, have two sons.
